We strongly advise you to obtain a Provisional Patent. Patents make it possible for little guys to play with the big guys. Most companies are ethical and will make honest efforts to avoid patent infringement.

Although advisable, it is not imperative that you have a patent at this stage. We will advise you in due course the best route to follow.
